In April, we came together for a Champagne Dinner at Brasserie 9, an evening that returned us to the timeless pleasures of French cuisine, conviviality, and the unmistakable lift that Champagne brings to the table.
It was a dinner of classic elegance — generous, polished, and full of the easy warmth that defines the best Chaîne evenings. Chef Hervé Frerard presented a menu crafted specifically for the Bailliage, designed to complement Champagnes chosen exclusively for our members.
