About Us

    Bailliage de Bangkok Rattanakosin

    Our Story

A tradition of the table, carried forward

With roots in the guild of roasters established in France in 1248, the modern Chaîne des Rôtisseurs was revived in Paris in 1950. Today, it brings together professional and non-professional members around the world through a shared appreciation of gastronomy, wine, hospitality and the culture of the table.

    Bangkok Rattanakosin

    At the Table in Bangkok

Bangkok is a city in constant motion, shaped by centuries of cultural exchange and by the many communities that have influenced Thai cuisine as we know it today. Its dining culture moves effortlessly from street-side hawkers and generations-old family kitchens to contemporary restaurants and three-Michelin-star dining rooms. Alongside this rich culinary heritage, a new generation of Thai talent and acclaimed international chefs continues to choose Bangkok for ambitious new openings. The Bailliage de Bangkok Rattanakosin reflects that spirit, bringing members together around tables chosen for their craft, character and sense of hospitality.
